Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan buzzing after helping Fiorentina to defeat Atalanta 2-1
Ghana international, Alfred Duncan has expressed his delight after helping his Fiorentina outfit to defeat Atalanta 2-1 in the Italian Serie A.
The midfielder featured for the club over the weekend when the team played as a guest on the match day to battle for the available points.
Although it was a tough contest, Fiorentina managed to emerge victorious particularly due to the heroics of young striker Vlahovic who netted a brace on the match day.
Sharing his thoughts after the game, Alfred Duncan says it was great to secure the victory to continue the team’s good run.
”Good game and great win to continue our journey! Forza viola,” the midfielder posted on Instagram after the match.
Alfred Duncan was close to being sent out on loan but no deal was reached with any club.
He is now staying at the club this summer and has set sight on doing all he can to help the team and also push for a place in the starting eleven.
