Ghana should avoid inviting players from Dubai for Nigeria clash – J.E Sarpong
Experienced Ghanaian tactician, J.E Sarpong has advised that players should not be invited from Dubai for the clash against Nigeria in the qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The Black Stars will in March take on the Super Eagles in the final phase of the African qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Ahead of the crucial two-legged tie, coach J.E Sarpong has advised that players that would be invited should be of the best quality.
“We need to invite players playing well but not those playing in Dubai and co. Let’s get our best players available for the game against Nigeria. Such games are for top players who are playing so well in Europe,” Coach J.E Sarpong told Oyerepa Sports.
The first leg of the clash between Ghana and Nigeria will be played at the Cape Coast Stadium on March 25.
The reverse fixture will then be staged in Abuja on March 29.
