Ghana international, Kwasi Okyere Wriedt scored and assisted a goal for Willem II Tilburg on Saturday afternoon when the team defeated Groningen 2-1 in the Dutch Eredivisie.
The former Bayern Munich goal machine has had a bright start to the 2021/2022 football season in the Netherlands and appears not ready to slow down.
Yesterday, he was as named in the starting eleven of Willem II when the team hosted Griningen in a matchday five encounter of the ongoing campaign.
The striker who is in top form did not only score in the first half to shoot the home team into a deserved lead but also provided an assist for Dries Saddicki to equalize in the second half to seal a massive win for the side.
On the matchday, Suslov netted the consolation goal for Groningen but it could not save the side from the defeat.
