Ghanaian defender Patrick Kpozo receives red card as Östersunds FK lose to Mjällby AIK
Ghanaian international, Patrick Kpozo was shown the red card on Monday evening when his Östersunds FK outfit played against Mjällby AIK.
The defender on the matchday started for his team when they hosted the matchday opponent at the Jämtkraft Arena to battle for points to climb on the standings of the Swedish Allsvenskan.
Although he had a good game in the first half, his indiscipline meant that he could not last the entire 45 minutes.
Patrick Kpozo received a second yellow card in the 43rd minute and as a result, had to watch the rest of the match from the dressing room.
Unfortunately for his Östersunds FK outfit, playing with 10 men against the 11 of Mjällby AIK was too draining.
The team as a result lost 2-0 at the end of the 90 minutes.
