Ghanaian forward Francis Amuzu could be sidelined for the rest of the season after picking up an injury at Anderlecht.
The 22-year-old featured in the sides 0-0 drawn game against Club Brugge last Friday but unfortunately suffered an injury.
He lasted 65 minutes before he was subbed off due to an injury as Anderlecht shared the spoils at home.
Footballghana.com understands, Amuzu’s injury is a serious one after medical checks and is expected to be out for several weeks.
He is unlikely to play in Anderlecht’s last four games to end the season.
Francis Amuzu has made 33 appearances and scored five goals with three assists this season.
