Ghanaian striker Malik Abubakari sets sight on winning second Swedish Allsvenskan title with Malmo
Ghanaian international, Malik Abubakari is aiming to win the Swedish Allsvenskan title with his Malmo FF side at the end of the 2022 football season.
The striker was part of the team that emerged as champions of the Swedish top-flight league at the end of the 2021 campaign.
Ahead of the start of the new season, Malik Abubakari says his target is to help Malmo FF to retain the championship.
“Everyone has goals. I want to win the Allsvenskan again. I want to be an important part of the club. I want us to go to the Champions League. I want to score many goals and assists. Play a lot,” the Ghanaian striker said in an interview in pre-season.
Malik Abubakari, 21, further noted that he has been training hard and is ready to step up to lead the lines for his club.
“Yes absolutely. I do not doubt myself. If he starts with me, I know what I can do. I am ready and believe in myself. I feel strong and confident,” the striker noted.
