Ghanaian teenager Rak-Sakyi nominated for Premier League 2 PoTM award

England-born teenager of Ghanaian descent, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has been nominated for February’s Premier League 2 Player of the Month award.

In the month under review, the talented attacker displayed outstanding form to help the Crystal Palace U23 team to pick crucial points.

Having featured in the final game of the month against Brighton & Hove Albion, Rak-Sakyi netted a brace to lead his team to victory.

In the month under review, the 19-year-old also scored against Tottenham Hotspur to complement a fantastic outing.

Courtesy of his eye-catching performances, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has now been shortlisted in the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award.

He faces competition from Fulham’s Luke Harris and Sonny Hilton, Manchester City’s Juan Larios and James McAtee, Southampton’s Luke Pearce, and Manchester United’s Shola Shoretire.

This season, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has made 21 appearances for the Crystal Palace U-23 team and has scored 15 goals already.
