Ghana’s Emmanuel Gyasi reacts to Spezia’s win at San Siro
At the end of the game against Serie A giants AC Milan, Spezia celebrates a historic victory thanks to attacker Emmanuel Gyasi, defying all odds and reasoning.
Gyasi speaking after the game said Spezia deserved the victory and the hard work in training has paid off.
“Let’s say it’s a dream to come here and play a match like this. We deserve this victory because we spit blood at every training session. We dedicate it to the fans who weren’t there but still made us feel their support. We are a great group, a great team, coming here and winning seems impossible but this is the proof that with dedication and humility no goal is impossible,”
The Black Stars attacker added that the victory at the San Siro is worth double because Milan is a big club and La Spezia will stay focused after this win.
“Milan is a great team, winning here this time is worth double, we enjoy it. This victory starts a new championship, now we only need continue like this. Head down and pedal, with the second round a totally different tournament begins,”
