Ghana's Ibrahim Mustapha signs contract extension with Red Star Belgrade

Ibrahim Mustapha has agreed to a three-year contract extension with Red Star Belgrade after impressing on loan at Radnicki Mitrovica.

He joined the Serbian giants two years ago but was loaned out to FK Zlatibor Cajetina and Radnicki Mitrovica in the Prva Liga, where he excelled.

He scored a total of nine goals in 33 matches, and this season he scored seven goals and he is part of the top scorers in the First League of Serbia.

Mustapha was the best player during his time on loan at Radnicki Mitrovica.

Dejan Stankovic the coach for Red Star Belgrade trusts the young striker due to his work rate and striking abilities.

After 21 games, Red Star Belgrade is second in the Serbian Superliga with 54 points. Partizan Belgrade is five points behind them.
