Ghana’s Kwabena Owusu opens up on ban in Turkey

Black Stars striker, Kwabena Owusu has opened up on the incident that has led to his two-match ban in the Turkish lower-tier league.

The striker was signed by MKE Ankaragücü in the off-season on a one-year loan deal from Azerbaijani outfit Qarabag.

Prior to the international break, Kwabena Owusu hit top form and was a star for his club in the Turkish Football Federation (TFF).

In an incident where the player shared a video of one of his goals shared by a fan, it was flagged by the Professional Football Disciplinary.

After the officials looked into the matter, they ruled that Kwabena Owusu should serve a two-match ban.
