Hearts of Oak will come good soon – Gladson Awako
Hearts of Oak midfielder Gladson Awako is confident the club’s season will turn around soon after slow start to the Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Phobians are without a win after four matches into the season. They have drawn three and lost one in the process.
Awako, who finally returned to Hearts of Oak training on Tuesday following the intervention of Teshie Youth Chief, Original Nii Martey Laryea (I) in an interview with Hot FM indicated the club will come good as soon as possible.
“It’s been difficult so far for us as a team, four matches played with three (3) points is very difficult but surely we will come good soon, I am very confident in coach Samuel Boadu and my colleagues in camp”
The former Great Olympics star then pleaded with the Hearts of Oak family to forgive him after skiving of from the club.
” Infact I must say a very big sorry to my teammates for whatever has happened, I pray they forgive me, am sorry”
” I must say that I have regretted all that has happened and hope all including journalists will forgive me and be supportive to my career” he said.
