Hugo Broos backs Ghana to secure place at 2022 FIFA World Cup after winning Group G

The head coach of the South Africa football national team, Hugo Broos has backed Ghana to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup after advancing to the final round of the qualifiers.

The experienced tactician was in the dugout on Sunday night when the Bafana Bafana lost 1-0 to the Black Stars in the final Group G match of the African qualifiers to next year’s global tournament.

Speaking in a post-match interview, Hugo Broos says Ghana has a big chance to be at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

“They’re a very good team. We knew that. It’s a team that regularly plays in the World Cups. So that means that it’s one of the best teams of Africa. They have good players, players who play in Europe with very good experience.
