Issah Ahmed, Yacouba join Ex Asante Kotoko players to ginger the Porcupines to victory over arch rivals Hearts of Oak

Ahead of Asante Kotoko’s big game against Hearts of Oak on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Former players of the club have taken social media to ginger the Porcupines to overcome their sworn rivals on Sunday.

Ghana’s two biggest clubs lock horns at the Accra Sports Stadium with the Premier League title on the line.

With both sides on 56 points, the winner of the game gets the advantage to finish the season as champions with 4 matches left to play.

Former players of the club have taken to social media to charge the current players to beat their arch rivals on Sunday.

Trelleborgs FF attacker Abdul Fatawu Safiu took to his twitter account to remind the current players the importance of wearing the colours and also the game against Hearts of Oak.

Eric Donkor who currently plies his trade for King Faisal also described the Accra Sports Stadium as the home ground of Asante Kotoko due to their performance at the venue.

Former Asante Kotoko skipper Issah Ahmed took his twitter account to wish the team good luck. He also urged the boys to make the Porcupine family proud.

Edwin Tuffour who is in Ethiopia with St Georges also wished the Porcupines the best of luck ahead of the game on Sunday

Young Africains attacker Songne Yacouba took his Facebook page to wish the Porcupines the best of luck.
