Kevin Prince-Boateng reacts to Hertha Berlin’s season opener defeat to FC Koln
Ghana international Kevin-Prince Boateng is unhappy with Hertha Berlin’s defeat to FC Koln on the opening day of the 20221/22 German Bundesliga season.
The 34-year-old who returned to his boyhood club this summer started the game on Sunday.
Despite having a good start, Hertha Berlin suffered a 3-1 at the Rhine Enegie Stadion to FC Koln.
Reacting to the defeat, the former Black Stars forward said he is unhappy with the defeat, saying they had big plans.
“We had big plans,” he said. “After the 1-1 draw we break in and don’t come back into the game.” He said.
Hertha Berlin will take on Wolfsburg in matchday 2 of the season.
