King Faisal coach Nurudeen Amadu questions players attitude in Ashantigold defeat

Head coach of King Faisal Nurudeen Amadu has blasted his players for their unpardonable performance against Ashantigold in matchday 20 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Insha Allah boys suffered their ninth defeat in the Ghana Premier League following a 2-0 defeat against Ashantigold on Friday.

Goals from Kamaridini Mamudu and Isaac Opoku Agyemang condemned the Insha Allah boys to successive defeat.

Speaking to the media after the game, Coach Nurudeen Amadu expressed his dissapointment with the performance of his players saying they refused to play according to instructions.

“It was a very poor performance from us, it is very unpardonable because we corrected all these mistakes.

“The same goal, we conceded the second goal, we corrected the mistake yet it happened so it’s very bad but that is football.

“I think that, they [players] didn’t play to tactical instructions and they were just bad on the day.

Sometimes these things do happen and we have to be up and doing other than that we are going to be losing many of our games.

“I think we need to sit up, the players must eschew laziness and complacency if we want to go forward so we will see what happens in our next game,” Nurudeen Amadu told StarTimes.
