Legon Cities join race to sign Hearts of Oak target Eric Ofori Antwi

Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities have joined the hot race to sign Medeama goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi.

The former Asante Kotoko shot stopper endured a difficult 2020/21 campaign with the Yellow and Mauve losing his number one spot to Frank Boateng who joined the club last summer.

Ofori Antwi, who has five months left on his existing contract recently declared his intention to leave the club.

The 26-years old is being chased by a host of clubs including Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak as they seek to strengthen their squad for the upcoming campaign.

However, according to Kumasi based Pure FM, Legon Cities is the latest club to place an offer for the goalkeeper after Hearts of Oak and others.
