Match Report : Aduana Stars 1-0 WAFA- Ogya lads beat Academy boys to keep titles hopes alive
Aduana Stars continued their unbeaten run at home with 1-0 victory over WAFA in matchday 13 of the Ghana Premier League.
Emmanuel Osei Baffour scored the only goal of the game to give the home side’s the maximum points.
The was no much action in the first half as both side’s played it safe and defended very well.
After the recess , the home team kept pushing for the opener and started creating chances.
Emmanuel Osei Baffour got the breakthrough for Aduana Stars, finishing home a great team move in the 65th minute.
Aduana Stars kept piling the pressure on the visitors but couldn’t utilitilze their chances.
Yahaya Mohammed came close to doubling his side’s lead but was denied by a wonderful goalkeeping from Bolivier Sarfo.
The home team managed their 1-0 lead till the blast of full-time whistle.
