Ashantigold ended their four games winless run with a 2-0 win over King Faisal on Friday.
Goals from Kamaridini Mamudu and Isaac Opoku Agyemang handed the Miners a comfortable win at the Len Clay Stadium
Ashantigold started the game very well taking the game to King Faisal in the early stage of the game.
Issac Opoku Agyemang came close to break the deadlock but his shot went wide.
Ashantigold took the lead in the first half added time, Kamaridini Mamudu converted a beautiful free kick to give them the lead.
After the break, Sam Ortiz forced Dennis to make a good save.
Isaac Opoku nearly double Ashantigold lead but Abdul Latif did well to blocked his efforts.
King Faisal nearly grab the equalizer but Ortiz Sam saw his header saved by Dennis.
Isaac Opoku Agyemang doubled Ashantigold lead with a fine finish in the penalty box.
Ashantigold held on to their lead till the blast of the final whistle.
