MLS side Sporting Kansas sign Rauf Salifu from Accra Lions
Accra Lions have confirmed the departure of their striker Rauf Salifu to Major League Soccer powerhouse Sporting Kansas F C.
The 19-year-old goal poacher joins the American side with immediate effect on a season-long loan with an option to buy the player at the end of 2022!
Rauf has been the best goalscorer in the history of the club following his output in Division One League.
His 21 goals in the 2020-21 DOL season guided Lions to the league title and promotion to the Ghanaian Premier League.
Rauf is expected to play a key role for the MLS giant in the coming season.
