MTN FA Cup: Asante Kotoko draw Berekum Chelsea, Hearts of Oak face Elmina Sharks in quarter-finals
Record winners of the MTN FA Cup, Hearts of Oak have been paired with Elmina Sharks in the quarter-finals of the competition.
Hearts of Oak have won the competition 10 times with their last final appearance ending in a defeat to sworn-rivals, Asante Kotoko.
On the other hand, Asante Kotoko who are hoping to clinch the trophy to book a slot in Africa will take on Berekum Chelsea in a titanic encounter.
The Porcupine Warriors are the defending champions of the competition and will do everything possible to progress to the next stage of the competition.
Other exciting fixtures have Ashgold locking horns with Kintampo Top Talent FC whereas two-time winners Medeama SC will face Attram de Visser Academy
The quarterfinal games will be played on 24th and 25th of July.
The winner of Ashgold and Top Talent clash will play either Asante Kotoko or Chelsea whiles the winner of Elmina Shark and Hearts of Oak game take on either Medeama or Attram Devisie
