PHOTOS: Local contingent of Black Stars provisional squad depart for Doha to begin camping

The local contingent in the provisional squad of the Black Stars squad is departing to Doha, Qatar this evening to begin camping for the 2021 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.  

Ghana head coach Milovan Rajevac last Tuesday announced a 30-man squad for the upcoming tournament.

The squad had 25 foreign players and five home-based players from the Ghana Premier League.

Today, the local players including goalkeeper Richard Attah, defender Philemon Baffour, midfielder David Abagna, wingers Maxwell Abbey Quaye, and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku are travelling to Doha to link up with the foreign players.
