Prosper Narteh Insists Kotoko have won 'nothing' yet despite leading Ghana Premier League

Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh is refusing to rest on any laurels after a fine start in the Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupines are in the driving seat as they look to win the Ghana Premier for the first time in eight years.

Asante Kotoko defeated Dreams FC on Sunday to open a 10 points gap at the top of the table.

Speaking to the media after the game, Narteh insisted that the team has won ‘nothing’ yet and they will fight untill the last game of the season.

“Football is an unpredictable game, its not everyday your team will find it rhythm but, the most important thing is to get the maximum 3 points in whatever situation your team finds itself in.”

“All will side with me that this is not our usual play, we’ll go back and assess things and then see the way forward.

“We still have a lot of games to go, if you ask me one million times, I will keep telling you the same thing and that’s until the last game, nothing is over.”

Asante Kotoko will shift their attention on the upcoming President Cup where they will lock horns with arch rivals Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium.
