Salim Adams out of Hearts versus Great Olympics clash
Accra Hearts of Oak will face city rivals Accra Great Olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium without sensational teenage midfielder Salim Adams.
The 19-year-old has been suspended for the crucial match because of the number of yellow cards he has received. He received yellow cards in Hearts games against Eleven Wonders, Karela United, and King Faisal
Since his arrival at the club in November 2021, Adams has been a key component of Samuel Boadu’s team in their 2021/22 season campaign.
Article 28(1)(e) of the GFA Premier League Regulations (2019) states that “An unqualified player is a player who has received a caution in three league matches’’
So far this season, the midfielder has two goals in 11 games for Hearts of Oak.
