Sammy Anim Addo takes swipe at National Sports Authority over accreditation brouhaha between GFA and NSA
Executive Council member of the Ghana Football Association Samuel Anim Addo has taken a swipe at the National Sports Authority over accreditation brouhaha between the two organizations.
The two entities have been battling it out on which body issues accreditations to journalists for Ghana and Zimbabwe World Cup qualifier at the Cape Coast Stadium on Saturday.
It appears the relationship between the two entities has hit the rock due to recent banter between them.
There has been talks of a purported move of the Black Stars game from the Cape Coast stadium to Obuasi Len Clay.
In a post sighted by Footballghana.com, Anim Addo who doubles as manager for Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan urged the National Sports Authority to focus on developing sports in the country which is their core mandate”
“Ghana is Not fighting over accreditation with NSA. We have extensively engaged them on the need to follow the FIFA protocols in accordance with the standard corporation agreement. The NSA should focus on helping develop all the sporting disciplines” he tweeted.
