Samuel Boadu promises to remain calm on touchline

Hearts of Oak Coach, Samuel Boadu has promised to exercise some level of restrain when it comes to his conduct on the sidelines.

The former Medeama Boss was shown a yellow card for dissent on in Hearts narrow victory over WAC in the first leg of the 2021/22 CAF Champions League qualifier.

Sunday’s incident wasn’t the first time Boadu has received a caution for his antics on the touchline.

Prior to Sunday’s fixture, Boadu was booked in the friendly game against Tema Youth. He was also sent off in the friendly encounter against Togo’s Asko Karalast month while being warned in the win over C.I Kamsar.

Similarly, Boadu was also cautioned in the Super Clash after he kicked a bottle away in frustration.

Boadu after Sunday’s disclosed he’s learnt lessons from his previous actions and promised to remain calm whenever on the sidelines.

“I have learnt a lot from the yellow card I received today so things will change going forward,” – Boadu said after the game.
