Sassuolo will try to sign Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Gyasi in the summer after missing out in January
Sassuolo have refused to give up on their pursuit of Spezia Calcio forward Emmanuel Gyasi despite failing to sign the Ghanaian in the January transfer window.
Gyasi, who has been on top form for Spezia in the ongoing Italian Serie A campaign recently extended his contract with the club until 2025.
The 28-year-old has featured 29 times in the Serie A scoring 4 goals in the process.
Despite extending his stay at Spezia, the club is believed to willing to cash in on the enterprising forward in the summer window.
However, Sassuolo, who have been a long-term admirer for Gyasi will try to sign him when the summer transfer window opens.
Sassuolo coach Alessio Dionisi is planning for next season and sees the Ghanaian as a player who can help him deliver in the Italian top-flight.
