South African clubs chase Hearts of Oak forward Kwadwo Obeng Junior

Top clubs in the South African Premier League are interested in signing Hearts of Oak striker Kwadwo Obeng Junior.

The enterprising forward has become a subject of interest after a superlative performance with the Ghanaian giants in the just-ended season.

He scored 11 goals in all competitions for the Phobians helping the club to end the 11-year trophy drought. The last time Hearts won the league title was in 2009 under Kosta Papic.

According to reports, Obeng Junior is on the wish list of two clubs in the country even though they are yet to make official negotiation.

Mamelodi Sundowns and Amazulu have all expressed interest in the Ghanaian forward. Both clubs want to sign him for the upcoming season.
