VIDEO: Ghana winger Samuel Owusu registers assist as Al Fayha beat Al Taee
Ghana winger, Samuel Owusu registered an assist for Al Fayha FC in their 2-0 win over Al Taee in the Saudi Pro League round 18 game on Saturday.
Owusu, who was part of Black Stars team that exited the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon played an instrumental role as his side cruise to a comfortable victory.
Saudi Arabian forward Malek Al Abdumonam opened the scoring for the home side in the 9th minut after being set up by Panagiotis Tachtsidis.
Nigerien international Amadou Moutari doubled the lead for Al Fayha to seal the victory four minutes into the second half of the game.
Moutari received a beautiful pass from Owusu from the center to slot home the winner.
The 25-year-old has made 16 appearances and provided three assists for Al Fayha in the Saudi top-flight so far this season.
