VIDEO: Ghana’s Kwabena Owusu scores with a stunning strike to inspire MKE Ankaragucu to victory
Ghana international, Kwabena Owusu was on target on Sunday afternoon as he helped his MKE Ankaragucu outfit to hammer SK Umraniyespor 3-0 in Turkey.
The forward was signed by the Turkish lower-tier outfit in the summer to provide a squad boost for the side.
Today, Kwabena Owusu started for the team when they hosted the matchday opponent.
Just nine minutes into the first half, the Black Stars attacker receive a pass on the flanks before cutting inside to unleash an unstoppable shot that flew into the back of the net of SK Umraniyespor.
With additional goals from Eren Derdiyok and Aatif Chahechouhe scored on the 75th and 90+3 minutes respectively, Kwabena Owusu and his MKE Ancaragucu side cruised to a delightful 3-0 win at the end of the 90 minutes.
Today’s equalizer means that the forward has netted three goals for his team since joining the side from Qarabag on loan.
