Video: Michael Essien meets U-10 players of FC Nordsjaelland
Michael Essien, a former Ghana international, took time away from his usual duties to meet with young children aged eight to ten at FC Nordsjaelland.
In a video shared on Twitter, the FC Nordsjaelland assistant manager can be seen enjoying the moment with the children he refers to as future ballers.
Michael Essien has spent the previous two seasons in Denmark, where he has assisted in the development of numerous rising talents, notably Rennes winger Kamaldeen Sulemana.
“With the kids from FCN camps, future ballers,” Essien said on Twitter.
Michael Essien is polishing his management skills at FC Nordsjaelland after retiring in 2020 after a brief stint with Sabail in Azerbaijan.
