“We are focused on our ourselves not Kotoko” – Benjamin Afutu
Hearts of Oak midfielder, Benjamin Afutu says they are not bothered by the tough challenge from rivals, Kotoko and are only focused on the rest of their games.
The Porcupine Warriors lead the log on 45 points with the Phobians seated second on 43 points.
With nine games to end the Premier league, Benjamin Afutu who won the man of the match against Elmina Sharks insists they are only focused on themselves and not thinking about rivals.
“Although the point’s difference is not huge but we are not paying attention to our rivals [Kotoko].
“We are concentrating on our game so that we can position ourselves well on the league table.” Afutu said.
Hearts of Oak will be looking to make it four wins in four games when they travel to Techiman to face Eleven Wonders in matchday 26 of the Ghana Premier League.
