Yunus Musah resumes training at Valencia after injury recovery
US international of Ghanaian descent Yunus Musah has resumed training with the senior team of Valencia after shaking off an injury.
Musah suffered a knee injury in Valencia’s pre-season match against Atromitos and was ruled out of action for weeks.
The enterprising winger has missed the sides opening two games in the Spanish La Liga which kick started August 13 due to injury.
But on Tuesday, Musah joined the group and carried out the first part of activation in a first step towards his recovery.
He is expected to increase the workloads in the coming days.
Despite joining his teammates for training, he will not feature in Friday’s game against Deportivo Alaves.
He is expected to return to action for Valencia after international break for their fourth match against Osasuna on September 12, 2021.
