Lordina Mahama threatened me – Koku Anyidoho

The Founder of the Atta-Mills Institute, Mr. Samuel Koku Anyidoho has sent a stern warning to persons threatening his life.

According to him, they would pay a high price for choosing him of all people to threaten.

“They can run but they cannot hide: the System has cordoned them and they SHALL pay a very high price for threatening me!!!”.

Mr. Anyidoho, a former Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) made know the threat against his life in a tweet on Friday, December 18, 2020.

He also noted that the God almighty that he serves would fight all of his battle with those who had been making threats on his life aside trusting the Ghana Police Service to deal with the perpetrators.

“My God SHALL fight for me in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth”.

Koku Anyidoho being Threatened 

Mr. Ayidoho on December 16, made known in a tweet, threats against his life by some persons hiding behind social media accounts.

He indicated in a subsequent tweet that he had reported the development to the Ghana Police Service.

It was unclear why the former, Director of Communications at the Presidency in the late President Evans Fiffi Atta-Mills administration had come under threats but it was believe it could have something to do with his recent comments concerning the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections which were usually in favour of the ruling government.

Mr. Anyidoho who lead a team of observers from the Atta-Mills Institute in last week’s elections had been making some comments about the elections saying it was free and fair as against what the NDC had been preaching adding that anyone’s refusal to accepts the results announced by the Electoral Commission does not negate the validity of the results declared.

In another, he indicated, Ghanaians had spoken and that they prefer the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to continue his work at the Presidency.
