Apologies to Adwoa Safo , your children – NDC’s Twum Boafo tells Kennedy Agyepong

Former Free Zones Board boss, Kwadwo Twum Boafo has asked the Member of Parliament for the Assin Central Constituency, Mr Kennedy Agyepong to apologize to the Dome Kwabenya Constituency MP, Ms Sarah Adwoa Safo following his public outburst on her seeming absenteeism in Parliament.

He also called on him to apologies to the children of the MP who he happens to be their father.

Mr Twum Boafo made the call on Pan African TV’s Alhaji and Alhaji on Saturday, February 26, monitored by GhanaPlus.com.

According  to him, the decision by Mr Agyepong to drag the mother of his children in public because of politic was not right hence he must apologize.

“And to Kennedy Agyepong,….. what you did was really uncool, what you did was not cool. For the sake of your children, what you did was uncool, you see smoking your own supply is not a good business model, what you did was uncool, and you should be apologizing to that woman and apologizing to your children,” Mr Twum Boafo said.

“That is not what our mothers trained us to do. In the name of politics, don’t put out your family on the palate for people to feed off of because now that you have done this, the vultures are out and I must confess, I am one of them. We are hovering over the carrion and we will peck it until the bones are bleach but whose fault it is,” he added.

Speaking in a viral video sighted by GhanaPlus.com, the Assin Central MP who has two children with the MP chastised her for her absent and called for her head.

According to him, Ms Adwoa Safo is demanding a Deputy Majority Leader  position and that explains her absence from the house and wondered why the Minister will demand for a position lower than what she already has.

Mr Agyapong also answered in the affirmative when asked if Ms Safo’s seat should be declared vacant.

She says she wants to be Deputy Majority Leader, that woman has failed in life. A whole Cabinet Minister now demanding that she should be made a Deputy Majority Leader before she comes, she should go to hell,” he made the claims on GTV Breaskfast Show on Monday, February 21..

“You don’t come to parliament and you are on TokTok dancing? Dome Kwabenya is not for Apostle Kwadwo Safo, get it straight. I am very furious because people are insulting me because I went there to campaign for her. Mike Oquaye the Speaker, the man that I respect very well, I campaigned against his son because Adwoa used my kids, calling me and begging me to help her. And now everybody is insulting me for doing that but I have not regretted, she is very responsible when it comes to the kids.”

“More than fifteen days and the law says fifteen days” he said when asked how many days the MP have absent.

He also noted in another interview that he paid ¢120,000 into the account of Ms Adwoa Safo , the money he said was given to him by the Chief of Staff, Ms Frema Opera.

“The Chief of Staff called me and I went, I swear [on] my mother’s grave, Chief of Staff gave me ¢120,000 and deposited into Adwoa Safo’s Fidelity Bank account.

“I took the money there into the Fidelity Account, ask her personal assistant if what I am saying is not the truth,” a furious Kennedy Agyapong said.

He added “Now we are in opposition, the way Adwoa Safo is treating the party, it is clearly showing that we are in opposition and this shouldn’t be tolerated at all,” Mr Agyepong was reported to have said.
