Ghanaian musician and record producer, Emmanuel Ato Amonoo, popularly known as Quamina MP has revealed he hasn’t had the courage to visit his father’s grave.

That he said was because it has not been easy for him doing such adding he has only done so just about one time since his father was laid to rest nearly a year ago.

Quamina MP made the revelation on TV3 NewDay on Thursday, March 10, 2022 monitored by GhanaPlus.com.

“So am not gonna lie to you, I haven’t had the courage”, he said when asked when was the last time he visited his dad’s grace.

“I did like once but is not easy but I feel like am still healing”.

He explained his father’s dead had a toll on him and he is currently still in the healing process.

The “Wiase Y3d3 hit maker, in November 2020 lost his dad,Mr Fiifi Amonoo Buckman in a gory accident that occurred on the Accra-Akosombo highway.

The two were said to be traveling together when the accident happened, however, he escaped unharmed but his father was left in a critical condition.

His father, popularly referred to as Bongo was reported dead 12hours later.

The musician has since been away from his usual musical self since the development.

Speaking on the NewDay today, he said he is currently trying to be back on his feet because that is what his father would want him to do.

He added his return is also for his teaming supporters yearning to hear from him again.

“What in particular, I will talk about the fact that i feel like if my dad is still here he will want me to do more and the people , the people who support me, like my funs, some of these people felt like after what happened maybe it gonna break me down and they were feeling bad , they were feeling like why should this happen, we need our guy to be doing more so  I also listen to that and I feel like Harley I for do this for the people and for my family and my dad,” he said.

“It hasn’t been easy,” Kwamina MP he said.
