Teach customer care at basic schools to curtail the collapse of businesses
Legendary Hiplife musician and entrepreneur, Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah popularly known as Tic aka Tic Tac has suggested that customer care should be added to the basic school curriculum.
“I always do suggest that in this country customer care should be added to the curriculum from basic six up to the tertiary education level,” he appealed.
Tic, who’s the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Gennex Pizza Restaurant and Grill told Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM in Cape Coast that most Ghanaian workers lack the knowledge on how to treat customers.
“What I have noticed is that many people have not been taught about customer care from day one so they lack,” he explained on the Kastle Drive show.
The ‘kwani kwani’ hitmaker revealed among other things that the issue about the lack of customer care and service has collapsed businesses for ages but still persists.
He told the host “Because it’s something that we’ve been complaining about since I was a kid and up till now nothing has been done about it which is collapsing businesses”.
