Balotelli plays full throttle for Adana Demirspor in away defeat to Benjamin Tetteh’s Yeni Malatyaspor
Italy striker of Ghanaian descent, Mario Balotelli was in action for his Adana Demirspor outfit last Friday when the team lost 1-0 to Yeni Malatyaspor.
That story is just one of two. On the other hand, the former AC Monza teammate of Balotelli, Kevin-Prince Boateng also saw his team Hertha Berlin suffer a defeat in the German Bundesliga.
The former Black Stars attacker was a second-half substitute for his team when they lost 4-1 to Eintracht Frankfurt last Saturday.
The defeat meant that the two Ghanaian players both had a weekend to forget. The experienced attackers are hoping to help their respective clubs secure positive results in the upcoming weekend.
Up next for Adana Demirspor, the team will take on Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Hertha Belin takes on Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday afternoon.
