GFA must implement one system of play for all national teams – Christian Atsu
Black Stars midfielder Christian Atsu wants the Ghana Football Association to synchronize the various national teams in order to adopt the same formation and style of play.
The 29-year-old who recently secured a move to Saudi Arabia side Al Raed insisted if the domestic football governing is able to do that it will help in the transition of players from the youth level right to the senior team.
“The youth teams in Europe have system of play as the senior teams. This helps players to know what system they will play as they move to the senior team and they become use to it”
“The GFA has not implement this. They must adopt what the Europeans are doing because it is helpful” he said.
Atsu was a member of the Black Stars squad that reached the finals of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
He emerged as the best player of the said tournament despite Ghana losing on penalties to Ivory Coast.
