Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom features as Torpedo Kutaisi draw against Saburtalo in Georgia
Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom was in action for Torpedo Kutaisi in their 1-1 draw against Saburtalo on Wednesday in the Georgian top-flight.
The 32-year-old lasted the entire duration of the game as he helped his side pick up a vital point.
Inkoom was named in starting XI in the keenly contested game at the Ramaz Shengelia FC Torpedo Kutaisi Stadium.
After a goalless draw in the first half, Saburtalo opened the scoring courtesy of T. Akhvlediani’s strike.
However, the visitors equalised through courtesy Tsnobiladze in the 70th minute
Both teams pushed for the match-winner but they both failed to find the back of the net.
Inkoom has made 18 league appearances, scored one goal, and provided two assists for Torpedo Kutaisi so far this season.
