Ghanaian gaffer Didi Dramani rallies support for Milovan Rajevac despite AFCON fiasco
Former Asante Kotoko coach Didi Dramani has called on Ghanaians to support Milovan Rajevac despite the Black Stars Africa Cup of Nations fiasco.
The West African powerhouse recorded their worse performance at the AFCON and their first exit in the group stage since 2006 after defeat to Comoros on Tuesday.
The four-time African Champions suffered a 3-2 defeat to AFCON debutants on Tuesday at the Roumde Adjia stadium.
Speaking to Hot FM, the Ghanaian gaffer said, “We must support Milo now and encourage him more, it’s true Ghanaians are angry but it’s football”
“Professionally, it’s not right for me to say I am ready to coach the team whiles we have a coach in the helm of affairs” he added.
The Black Stars team is expected to arrive in Ghana on Thursday following their shocking exit.
