GPL Match Preview: Karela United in search of first win in four games
The Ghana Premier League action continues today, with the encounter between Karela United and Eleven Wonders being one of the intriguing contests to look forward to.
Both teams have had torrid starts to the campaign and are languishing at the bottom half of the league table.
Particularly for the home side, Karela United, they will be looking to record their first win in four games at the Cam Park in Ayinase.
Form guide
Karela United who are currently in 15th position have won just once out of their last five fixtures, and have lost twice in their last three games.
It is what makes the game a must win for them as anything less than that could see them drop further on the league table.
Despite not enjoying a stellar record on home grounds this season, Karela United will be hoping to record their 3rd win at home on Sunday.
They have previously won twice and drawn thrice at home this season with a Point Per Game of 1.80.
Their opponent, Eleven Wonders are also a struggling side in the league this season, having won just nine points out of a total 30 available.
Out of their last five games, they have won just once, drawn once and lost thrice.
Eleven Wonders also have a terrible record away from home, having lost all four of their last five away games in the Ghana Premier League this season.
