Issah Abass scores twice in Rijeka's 4-1 win against Scottish side Hibernian

On Thursday night in Croatia, Ghanaian striker Issah Abass scored a brace against Scottish club Hibernian in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Rijeka won 4-1 at home to move to the next stage of the 2021-22 UEFA Conference League, with the former FC Utrecht forward scoring twice.

Abass scored in the 68th and 73rd minutes to give his team a comfortable victory at home.

The Croatian squad will face PAOK Thessaloniki FC of Greece in the next round of the competition on Thursday.

After joining Rijeka from Germany Bundesliga club FC Mainz 05, the Ghana Black Meteors striker scored four goals in all competitions this season.

Last season he played on loan in the Dutch league for FC Twente, he made eight appearances for the club.
