The rivalry between the two Ghana Premier League heavyweights this season goes on especially on social media between supporters.

Accra Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed in an interview stated that Asante Kotoko’s Cameroonian striker Mbella is not as good as some of the attacking players in the Ghana Premier League.

“Scoring from a penalty spot doesn’t make you a top striker,” Fatawu told Adikanfo FM.

Asante Kotoko supporters did not like this statement and took to social media to express their views on the statement.

The furious supporters spoke about Fatawu’s revelation after playing at the FNB Stadium with the Black Stars, others called it unprofessional, someone brought up Ishmael Addo’s goals from the spot among others.
