Kumasi Baba Yara stadium to host MTN FA Cup final
The Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium will host the final of the 2021/22 MTN FA Cup final.
The Round of 16 draw of the competition was has been held at the premises of the Ghana Football Association [GFA].
On Tuesday, the draw for the Round of 16 was held at the Conference Room of the Ghana Football Association.
According to the Chairman of the FA Cup Committee, Wilson Arthur, they are planning to play the final in Kumasi.
“We are planning to play the final in Kumasi but it will depend on the teams that will make the final” he said.
Defending champions, Hearts of Oak will host fellow Premier League side, Elmina Sharks at the Accra Sports Stadium.
There will be a Bono derby at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park as Aduana Stars host Berekum Chelsea.
King Faisal will be hosted by RTU while Bechem United entertain Kumawuman United.
