Kwame Opoku pens farewell message to Asante Kotoko
USM Alger bound Ghanaian striker Kwame Opoku has penned an emotional farewell to his former side Asante Kotoko.
Opoku leaves the Porcupine Warriors to continue his career in Algeria.
The move has become possible owing to a stunning first season with Kotoko where he emerged top scorer for the Porcupine Warriors in the league with 7 goals.
His exploits for the club during their African campaigns in the CAF Champions League and the Confederation Cup also did not go unnoticed, attracting many suitors.
Eventually USM Alger won the race to sign him and he’s set to join them soon.
As Opoku prepares to leave Ghana for his new club, he took to Twitter to bid farewell to Asante Kotoko and its fans and followers.
