Match Preview : Inter Allies vrs King Faisal – Allies host King Faisal in a battle for survival

Inter Allies will host King Faisal in a relegation battle on Sunday in matchday 21 fixture of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.

Allies are coming into the game at the back of a defeat against Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The ‘Eleven is to one’ will be looking to return to winning when they host King Faisal at their newly adopted home venue.

They won their first game at the ground by beating Karela United 2-0 in Matchday 19.

The two sides are bottom on the league table with Inter Allies on 16 points and 17th placed King Faisal on 19 points.

King Faisal on the other hand will be looking to end their winless run in the competition after going five games without a win.

They Insha Allah Boys managed to pick a point against AshantiGold at the Ohene Ameyaw Park in their last fixture.

King Faisal have drawn two and lost one of their three games in the second round.

Head coach Kasim Gokyildiz is still searching for his first win since taking the mantle at the beginning of the second round.

A win will boost the club’s chances of survival with Eleven Wonders and Legon Cities facing tricky encounter.

Allies will be without Issahaku Zakari due to his card accumulation.
