He said left for him alone, some of such issues will not make it to the news and urged media houses to be picky in choosing what they publish.

Prof Agyeman-Duah is sure there will be more of such confrontation between the two parties over what he said are flimsy matters, especially, as the country approaches the 2024 elections.

“First of all, it is you the media who pick it up, put it on the front page and call people like me to discuss it. So to give me some credibility, I wish this issue is not pick up at all”.

“I think in the contest of what we are witnessing, what we are  beginning to see towards the elections,  the media should be a little bit discriminatory in terms of what issues they put on the front burner,”Prof Agyeman-Duah.

“This is not an issue. That is why I said if you have watched elections in the this country through this republic , this is nothing at all and so if the media want frontliners like this one then be prepared for more. We are just about a year 8months away as we go closer, a year, eight, six month to the time, we going to find more of these theatricals by political parties,” he added.
