Northern regional GJA organise capacity building training for journalist.

The New Northern Regional leadership of Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) in partnership with NEDCo is set to promote high journalistic standards which would help to propel and accelerate the development of our communities.

Purpose of  journalism is to provide citizens with the information they needed to make the best possible decisions about their lives, their communities, their societies, and their governments with the overall goal to improve upon their lives.

The purpose can not be realised if Journalists in the region failed to arm themselves with the necessary knowledge in order to execute the job in the right way.

Residents always expect service providers such as NEDCo to supplied uninterrupted power, it is equally incumbent on journalist to educate or sensitise the public to live up to their responsibilities.
