Ghanaians cry of economic hardships

Ghana seem to be far from the better Ghana, the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led government promised the people prior to his elections in 2016 and even his re-elections in 2020.

Higher cost of living, inflation and constant depreciation of the country’s currency, Cedis against major trading currencies since the beginning of the year has made matters very worse for Ghanaians in all walks of life.

Government has however, blamed the hardships on the COVID-19 pandemic which hit the world including Ghana from December 2019 through to this year and also the Russia-Ukraine War.

The country is currently seeking a bail out from the International Monetary Fund.
