If somebody offends me at 9am. I forgive him by 9.05 – Agya Koo Nimo

Legendary highlife musician and philosopher, Mr Kwabena Boa-Amponsem, popularly referred to as Agya Koo Nimo in the music circles has disclosed one of the things responsible for his good health even as he is inching close to age ninety (90) was his decision to forgive those who offend him immediately they do.
According to the leading folk musician of the Palm Wine Music group, it takes so much energy to begrudge others hence his decision to forgive adding if someone offends him at 9am,he forgives the person 5 minutes after.
“If somebody offends me at 9am, I forgive him by 9.05am, “Me tan obi” (I don’t hate anybody), it takes so much energy to hate”.
The musician who doubles as a Resident Scholar at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST) was speaking to TV3 monitored by GhanaPlus.com.
He also indicated, he practice water therapy since the human body was mainly made up of water and eat well also.
“Everybody is an architect of his own fortune; one thing I learnt was is that the human body is about 60 to 70percent water so I practice water therapy which is I drink plenty of water so my kidney is always floating, working,” he added.
The Legendary Agya Koo Nimo
The Legendary Musician was born on October 3, 1934 in Foase, in the Atwima District of the Ashanti Region in Ghana.
The Osabarima composer who tell traditional stories in his music begun his music career in the 1950 while working in science and medical-related fields.
